Exchange policy
Products that match the requirements listed below are eligible for exchange.

All of the product's tags, labels, and packaging are still in their original state.

The item is undamaged, unwashed, and unused.

You have three days from the date of delivery to swap the product.
International Orders:
It takes at least ten to fifteen days for orders placed from outside the country to be delivered. Following order completion and shipment, we email a tracking number.
Product Damage or Fault
Kohinoor Jewellery will be in charge of replacing the product in the event that it is damaged or has any flaws.
Exchange of items:
Customers will be required to pay a delivery fee of RS450 if they wish to exchange products for something different (such as a different bangle size or pattern). Customers are recommended to thoroughly review the product description and sizing guidance before placing an order to avoid any discomfort.
Incomplete Address:
In order to have their package delivered to their doorstep, customers must supply a complete and accurate address, including their house number, block number, street number, or the closest well-known landmark. Orders containing odd, blank, or incomplete addresses will be cancelled right away.
Refund and Return Policy:
We have a stringent no-refund and no-return policy. To minimise any inconvenience, customers are urged to thoroughly review the product description and size reference prior to placing their order.
Refunding or altering the sale item
There will be no exchanges or refunds for any sale or stock clearance sale items.
