It may take up to 18-23days for customised orders to be completed and prepared for shipment.
Please be aware that for customised orders, clients must pay the whole price at the time of order placement.
It may take up to ten to fifteen days for purchases from overseas to be dispatched. Once the purchase has been finalised and shipped, Kohinoor Jewellery emails the tracking number to the consumers.

Should a consumer get a defective or broken goods, they can mail it to Kohinoor Jewellery at Gulshan -e-iqbal block 14 , Karachi, Pakistan, using any courier service.
If the client chooses to swap the original item for another, they will be required to pay an extra Rs 400 in place of the shipping cost.
Up to two hours after placing their order, customers are entitled to a free order alteration or cancellation. The consumer must pay for the order and pick it up after the allotted time has passed.
When completing the personal information form, please provide your full address and, if necessary, a well-known landmark close to your home. We won't accept orders with incomplete addresses.
On the day you receive your order, please take a picture and send it to us if the product is defective. Kohinoor
